We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at layerbeastofficial@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

You must also provide an uncut video of the package unboxing showing the condition of the package and product.

We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as per this Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase once your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
